I’m a design researcher with over five years of experience. My journey began as an exhibition designer, but over the years I have worked in a variety of different areas, giving me a unique perspective on research and design.
My passion for research has enabled me to work with projects from different industries. I specialize in understanding user behavior and needs and applying this knowledge to create business insight and opportunities.

Senior Design Researcher Global Design Research, Wealth & Personal Banking - Draft and analyse quantitative behavioral discovery and concept validation research. - Execute usability sessions to deliver actionable insights and design direction. - Conduct internal training and set up tools to enhance organiaztion’s research maturity. - Supervise external vendors for research support.
